Please note that our retention obligations may require us to retain your Personal Information after you are no longer an Authorized User or your Company's HOAshare Account has closed. These retention obligations may also prohibit us in some cases from deleting Personal Information after you have asked us to delete your Personal Information. When the applicable retention period elapses, we will delete, de-identify, or anonymize your Personal Information in accordance with our policies and procedures.


The Platform may contain third-party links to other websites and services. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other third-party sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Platform and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.


Children Under the Age of 13

The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Platform. You may manage your notification preferences within the Platform settings. You may opt out of non-essential push notifications at any time through your device settings. You may enroll in or cancel autopay at any time through your account settings.


Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of analytics tracking, and our analytics tools will be disabled for your session accordingly.
